OKbase is a modular system for comprehensive human resources management. It includes modules for the administration of the system, personnel, wages and pay, meals, attendance and access system. At present development work is being performed on modules for recording and managing working tasks, the digitisation and archiving of documents and others.
This module is a tool for recording employees’ work hours. It records employees’ arrival and departure times in the selected definition according to valid legal regulations and subsequently enables their evaluation, inspection and approval.
This module is used by individual employees to order food and drinks provided by the organisation to its employees and serves for keeping a record of these orders, issuing bulk orders to suppliers and organising food service.
This module enables recording and management of employees’ personal data, job positions and organisational structure. It records employees’ qualifications, job classification, health checks and safety equipment. It also manages their evaluations and training.
|Smart Cards, Keys & Certificate Management
Three related modules are used to keep a record of smart cards, keys and PKI certificates issued for the work attendance, access system, catering, logical access or other purposes. The system facilitates management of cards’ operating life including personalization, management of cryptography keys and public key certificates.
|Wages and Salaries
This module performs comprehensive processing of the payroll administration in accordance with valid legal regulations, including all necessary outputs. Data from the work attendance and human resources systems can be imported to create output files for accounting systems.
This module serves for configuring the administration and auditing of the entire OKbase system, administration of common codebooks, and registry of users, their roles, and access rights. It includes the creation and use of user print sets.
All modules work above a unified database. It is possible to use them as preinstalled, or they can be freely configured according to customer needs.
The performance of each operation depends on detailed authorisation based on a sophisticated system of access rights, definition of roles and organisational structure of the company.
OKbase is a Czech software product which fully respects valid Czech legislation. All the legislative changes are implemented into the system on an ongoing basis and in the form of an update or new version (upgrade) automatically sent to customers.
The high level of security of OKbase is enabled by modern technology, the system is operated in several layers of architecture. Network communication can be secured easily with the use of the standard protocol SSL/TLS. As a result of the technology used it is possible to scale the size of the system in several stages - from a single PC to an extensive corporate-wide system. The multitier architecture fully supports outsourcing - the user can work with OKbase from practically anywhere, without the need for a complicated installation of software.
