Training of IT professionals

OKsystem has operated an authorised training centre for the products Cisco,Novell, Microsoft, SUSE Linux, and Oracle for many years. OKsystem is authorised by the firm Novell, and gained authorisation to perform its training in 1990. Since that time, several thousand people have participated in these courses.

Prices

The prices and dates of courses of our training centre are given in the current calendar. The price includes refreshments, lunch and course documentation. The price of the course does not include accommodation for participants.

Training is conducted in classrooms with modern facilities corresponding to the demanding criteria of HW level 5 and 6. Refreshments as part of the course are ensured in the premises of the company OKsystem (salad bar, drinks, prepared meals).

Registration of participants

1) Register electronically directly in the course calendar. Click on the training date you have chosen and register within a few minutes.

2) Find out about a vacant place by telephone or e-mail and reserve a place on the course, the reservation period is 14 days. The telephone number is +420 244 021 251 or +420 244 021 111.

After registration, you will be issued an invoice with a maturity period of 7 days. If we do not receive payment within the maturity period, we reserve the right to allocate the place you reserved to another customer. We will announce this fact to you in advance. Before the holding of the course we do not send further instructions. We only contact you if there is a shift in the date (very rare) or in the case of queries about your payment.

Organisation of courses

1) If for serious reasons you cannot attend a course which you have registered for, inform us of this as soon as possible. Depending on possibilities and following agreement with you, we will try to include you on another date. Another possibility is to send another person, who informs us of this fact when the course starts, on the course in your place.

2) If without prior notification you do not come for a course which you have paid for, we will send you only the manual.

3) In exceptional cases, OKsystem reserves the right to change the date of a course. In such a case we will inform you of the new date in good time. If you cannot attend on the new date, we will refund the amount you have paid.

Protection of investment in education

If a trained person leaves the firm within one year from the holding of the relevant course, we will train a substitute free of charge at a date offered by the training centre. We do not provide new training materials, they can be bought separately. This possibility does not apply to Oracle courses.

Cooperation beyond the framework of training

We provide two telephone questions free of charge on themes covered in the course.

We offer the provision of an installed classroom in the form of an assisted computer laboratory for practical testing of complex configurations and procedures which cannot be performed on the production system of the customer.
